Developing and encouraging personal growth is one of Wayne Beel’s key approaches in maximising company performance. After joining Cement Australia almost five years ago and being part of the major company merger, Wayne implemented a range of strategies that successfully transformed the previously fragmented workforce into a highly professional and motivated group.

Wayne possesses an inherent understanding of the specific issues faced by geographically diverse organisations and credits previous management roles with Boral, BHP Steel Limited and BHP Steel New Zealand, Australia and Saudi Arabia as being a catalyst to the ground-breaking HR approaches he is now implementing with Cement Australia. While he was raised in Dunedin, New Zealand and a graduate of the University of Otago, Wayne now calls Sydney home.
