Rohan has established the delivery of onsite reward management, he has been involved in continued executive benchmarking and has led numerous due diligence projects. Rohan has provided remuneration consulting in the fields of telecommunications, insurance and financial services, property development, education, IT, FMCG, mining and resources, professional services and the public sector.
