With a career spanning more than 25 years across numerous industries, Robert’s first exposure as a change agent was during the early ‘90’s when he transitioned from an operations management role to a strategically-focused HR Management role. As an internal consultant he was responsible for driving organisational-wide change management initiatives for various organisations. Since 2000, Robert has managed the development and growth of Harriss Wagner.
Robert’s presentation addresses the evolution of change management from early interventions that focused purely on desired business outcomes to more modern change management practices that consider the psychological factors associated with managing change.
