These terms and conditions govern our relationship with you as a member of the HR Network Group when you register to attend HR Network Group presentations.

HR Network Groups provide members with access to attend presentations by HR professionals in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane on specific dates. These HR Professionals are external parties who will provide insight and discussion points on HR Topics relevant to the HR profession.

HR Network Group facilities and services are more fully detailed on our website www.hrnetworkgroup.com.au. In addition to the opportunity to attend presentations, HR Network Group membership will provide access to online question and answer forums related to HR issues.

You can become a Single Member or Corporate Member of an HR Network Group on payment of the appropriate fee(s) set out in our packages and pricing structure. The benefits are as follows:

Single Membership

Grants you the right to attend presentations held by Digby Morgan Pty Limited or HR Partners Pty Ltd in your specified location (Sydney City, Sydney North Ryde, Sydney Norwest, Melbourne or Brisbane). The Membership is limited to presentations held in the nominated location. As membership is personal it is not transferable to another person without the consent of Digby Morgan Pty Limited or HR Partners Pty Ltd.

You will also receive a unique user id and login so you can access the HR Network Group website to access past presentations as well as be involved in online forums.

Corporate Membership

Grants you the right to attend specific presentations held by Digby Morgan Pty Limited or HR Partners Pty Ltd in your specified location (Sydney City, Sydney North Ryde, Sydney Norwest, Melbourne or Brisbane) for up to three employees of your organisation or specific company to attend each meeting in the specific location. The Membership is limited to presentations held in the nominated location. Membership is not transferable to another company without the consent of Digby Morgan Pty Limited or HR Partners Pty Ltd.

You will also receive a unique user id and login so you can access the HR Network Group website to access past presentations as well as be involved in online forums.

Standard Terms And Conditions Of Membership
  1. All payments are non-refundable and membership can not be transferred without the consent of Digby Morgan Pty Limited or HR Partners Pty Ltd.
  2. Digby Morgan Pty Limited or HR Partners Pty Ltd will provide you with as much notice as possible if an event is cancelled, and will make every attempt to reconvene the presentation at a later date subject to the presenters availability. Should Digby Morgan Pty Limited or HR Partners Pty Ltd not be able to reconvene the presentation within a reasonable period of time it will hold a credit for members to attend another presentation at another time.
  3. Any views expressed by the presenters at a presentation are their own and not necessarily the views held by Digby Morgan Pty Limited or HR Partners Pty Ltd.
  4. You agree not to hold Digby Morgan Pty Limited or HR Partners Pty Ltd liable for any losses, liabilities, claims, fines, penalties or damages whatsoever that you may incur or suffer as a result of reliance on, or use of the views or material provided by the presenters presentation or obtain on, or through the HR Network Group website.
  5. All venues where the presentations are held are not the property of Digby Morgan Pty Limited or HR Partners Pty Ltd and neither will be held liable for any losses, damages or liabilities you suffer or incur as a result of attending such venues.
  6. Digby Morgan Pty Limited or HR Partners Pty Ltd reserves the right to review and increase or decrease its fees and charges at its discretion, but agree to provide as much notice as possible.
  7. It is acknowledged that while Digby Morgan Pty Limited or HR Partners Pty Ltd will provide access to its website and online forum it will not be held liable if the website is not active, is suffering from technical difficulties, you are having access issues or material is not available or is incomplete.
  8. Digby Morgan Pty Limited or HR Partners Pty Ltd maximum liability to you under this agreement will be limited to the amount of the fees paid by you in the year before a claim. This clause survives termination of this agreement.
  9. From time to time paid membership will include additional benefits e.g. free subscription to HR Leader Magazine. While Digby Morgan Pty Limited and/or HR Partners Pty Limited provide the introduction to this supplier, it is not responsible for the material delivery of the benefits, this rests solely with the provider of same. You agree to hold Digby Morgan Pty Ltd or HR Partners Pty Ltd harmless and free from obligation should for some reason, the external supplier(s) fail to deliver or not honour the additional benefits or free entitlement during the course of the membership.
  10. You agree to allow Digby Morgan Pty Limited or HR Partners Pty Ltd to use any information provided by you (including questions on the online forum) to assist other members or for the benefit of promoting the group.
